Using
To use the Webchat Demo Builder, follow these steps:
- Go to the Webchat Demo Builder
- Fill in the details for your webchat
Details Required:
- Org UUID: This will be the UUID of your organization. Use the orgs config on the manage interface page on Stubber to get your org UUID. Locate and click the org you want to use and then click on the menu button beside the org name and select "Copy org uuid."
- Chat Name: To distinguish between different chat types within the same organization and with the draft and live environments.
Optional Details:
- Chat Display Name: This will be the title of the chat box.
- Pass Through Data: Allows passing data to the chat.
- Open On Mount: This will open the chat window on page load.
