Manage
The Manage application is used for administration and configuration.
The Manage application in Stubber is your central place for administration and configuration. It’s where you control how your Org operates — from adding users and setting permissions to managing billing, credentials, and communication channels.
Through the Manage interface, you can access:
- Orgs — Set up additional workspaces, each with its own teams, permissions, billing, and configurations, and switch between your existing Orgs.
- Org UUID — Locate and copy your Org’s unique identifier for use in API calls, integrations, and workspace configurations.
- Billing — Monitor your Org’s Stubbucks balance, set up automatic top-ups, and access invoices.
- Contacts — Add and manage users within your Org.
- Teams — Organize users into functional groups, assign permissions, and control which templates or integrations each team can access.
- Usage — View detailed analytics on Stubbucks consumption across templates and date ranges.
- Notifications — Configure communication channels such as Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and Webchat.
- Credentials — Securely store and manage API keys, tokens, and authentication details used by your templates and integrations.
The Manage area brings all your operational tools together, making it easy to configure, monitor, and optimize your Orgs from one unified dashboard.
