How to manage billing, top-ups, and invoices for your organization.

Manage Billing

The page is divided into three tabs:

# Overview Tab

On the Overview tab, you can:

• See your current Stubbucks balance.
• Add a new payment method.
• Make a once-off purchase of Stubbucks to top-up your balance.
• Enable or disable the auto top-up feature.

# Notifications Tab

The Notifications tab allows you to set up alerts for your balance:

• Normal Threshold: Set a balance level at which an email notification will be sent.
• Critical Threshold: Set a lower balance level that triggers both an email and a WhatsApp notification.
• You can configure which contacts receive these notifications.

# Invoicing Details Tab

Use the Invoicing Details tab to manage your billing information:

• Provide your legal company name, tax number, and billing contact information.
• Specify the email recipient for invoices.
• View and download your historic invoices.
