Notifications

Configure and manage how your Org sends and receives notifications across different platforms.

In the Notifications tab on the Manage page, you can control how your Org sends and receives messages across multiple communication platforms. This is where you connect your channels, set up delivery profiles, and manage message routing for your templates.

Stubber supports several platforms, including:

  • Email
  • Slack
  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Telegram
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Webchat

You can configure one or more of these depending on your Org’s communication needs.

Examples of Configuration

  • Email: Add IMAP/SMTP credentials to handle outgoing and incoming emails for both live and draft environments.
  • Slack: Connect your Slack workspace and specify which channels will send or receive messages.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram: Link your accounts or bots to send and receive messages in live and draft environments.
  • Microsoft Teams: Integrate Teams channels for direct messaging and notifications.
  • Webchat: Embed a webchat widget on your website to allow users to communicate directly through your Stubber workflows.

Each configuration ensures that your notifications are sent reliably and through the platforms your team and users already use.
Once connected, you can manage all notification profiles centrally, giving you complete control over how your Org communicates across channels.
