Virtual Worker List Workers

Lists running, reachable Virtual Workers in the selected cluster.

# Basic usage

runtime.cluster.name selects the cluster and defaults to stubber_k8s.
Optionally supply params.worker.name to filter by worker name; this filter is outside runtime.

Returns payload.workers, an array containing worker_name, status (the worker health response), and vnc_url (a signed browser VNC URL valid for one hour). Workers that are not running or fail their health check are omitted.
