Virtual Worker Generate GitHub App Access Token

Generates a GitHub App installation access token using a stored private key.

# Basic usage

All three parameters are required.
app_id and installation_id accept positive integers or numeric strings.
app_private_key_credentialuuid identifies a credential whose generic_value contains the GitHub App's RSA private key in PEM format, including its complete BEGIN/END markers.

Returns payload.token and payload.expires_at. The token expires after one hour and uses the installation's granted repository access and permissions. Treat it as a secret.

This task runs in the hub without starting or contacting a worker; no runtime settings are needed.
