PDF Tools are a set of stubmations that allow for PDF functionality.

The files on which to perform the PDF function.

The function that is to be performed on the PDF files.
Result
Running a PDF Tool stubmation will perform the function on the PDF files and
return the information about the newly uploaded files such as: fileuuid, filename, etc.
In the case of Get PDF Details, the details of the file will be returned as no new file is created.
