Explains quick chats in hosted Webchat. Useful for showing a sidebar of available chats and helping users switch between conversations.

• An org can display a list of chats
• These chats will only display for logged in users

# Enable Quick chat toggle for webchat profile

Navigate to Quick chat toggle in your webchat profile

• Your chat with its configured label will be displayed in the hosted interface sidebar
