How to get started on Stubber
Creating an Account
To utilize Stubber, creating an account is imperative. Navigate to the Stubber register page and provide your email and password.
Creating an Org
An Org serves as a comprehensive container for templates, contacts, and teams associated with a specific organization. You can establish multiple orgs and incorporate contacts into them.
Initiate the creation of an org by selecting the Create Org
button. Furnish essential org details such as name, country, website, and upload the organization's logo.
Adding Contacts
Each org necessitates the addition of contacts. These contacts facilitate org management and message dissemination (via emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack) through your stubs.
Simply click the Add Contact
button on the Contact tab to include contacts to your org. Input pertinent details including name, title, birthday, position, and company.
Additionally, multiple contact points can be added for each contact using the Add Contact Point
button.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes once done.
Creating Teams
For efficient org management, creating teams within your org is essential. Access the Team tab and select the Create Team
button to initiate team creation. Specify a team name and optionally designate a parent team to create a sub-team.
Adding Members to Teams
To populate your teams, utilize the Add Member
button within the desired team. Choose from the list of available contacts to include them in the team. Scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes once done.
Adding Contact Points to Teams
Enhance team communication channels by adding contact points. Utilize the Add Contact Point
button to incorporate email addresses as contact points for the team. Scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes once done.
Adding Permissions to Teams
Fine-tune team capabilities by assigning permissions. Tick the desired permissions to empower the team accordingly. Scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes once done.
