How to get started on Stubber

Create an account

To get started with Stubber, first create an account. Go to the Stubber registration page and enter your email address and password.

Create an org

An org is the main container for your templates, contacts, and teams. You can create multiple orgs and manage contacts within each one.

To create an org, click the Create Org button. Then enter the required details, such as the org name, country, website, and logo.

Add contacts

Each org should have contacts added to it. Contacts are used for org management and for sending messages through your stubs on channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack.

To add a contact, go to the Contacts tab and click Add Contact. Enter the relevant details, such as name, title, birthday, position, and company.

You can also add multiple contact points for each contact by clicking Add Contact Point.

When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.

Create teams

Teams help you organize and manage your org more effectively. Go to the Teams tab and click Create Team to create a new team. Enter a team name and, if needed, select a parent team to create a sub-team.

Add members to teams

To add people to a team, click Add Member in the relevant team. Then select from the available contacts. When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.

Add contact points to teams

You can also add contact points to teams to support communication. Click Add Contact Point to add an email address or other contact point. When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.

Add permissions to teams

You can assign permissions to control what each team can do. Select the permissions you want to grant, then scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.

Next steps

Now that you have set up your org, added contacts, and created teams, you are ready to start using the editor to create your first template.
