Webchat Sales Agent

This guide shows you how to use the Webchat Simple AI library template to create a sales agent that can answer questions about your product and take orders.

# Create a new template

You can start by creating a new template in the Stubber Platform on the Editor application.
Select the Create new template button and select Create from Library.
Find the Webchat Simple AI library template and select it.

This will create a new template with the Webchat Simple AI library and redirect you to a chat interface.

# Chat to setup

You can now start chatting with the AI to get your template ready to use.
The setup chat will assist with :

• Creating a webchat profile with the basic settings
• Setup the routing of the webchat to use the correct create context stubs
• Add links to the default flow canvas to the webchat demo page and the webchat profile configuration page

# Customize the template

Once you've done chatting to the AI, you can customize the template to your liking on the flow canvas.
This gives you full access to the flow on Stubber to ammend to your needs.
